Shipping rates and policies
Shipping options within the USA:
USPS Priority insured (3rd day air) $12.00, to California $9.00
USPS Express insured $30.00
UPS ground insured $18.00, to California $12.00
International Shipping options (orders subject to local import duties):
Canada Global Express insured $30.00
Australia Global Express insured $40.00
New Zealand Global Express insured $40.00
Japan Global Express insured $40.00
We reserve the right to quote custom rates for large volume orders.
Please contact us for delivery dates of temporarily unavailable products and/or orders outside the countries listed above.
All orders will be shipped within 24 hours after payment is authorized. Orders placed on Friday will be shipped the following Monday.
Exchanges
We will exchange products provided they are returned to us in original (unused and clean) condition within 30 days of the purchasing date.
If an exchange is caused by our mistake in filling an order or by a material product defect, we will be responsible for shipping cost (from customer to ProRyders). In all other cases, including sizing issues, shipping cost (from customer to ProRyders) is not our responsibility. We cannot assume the shipping risk for exchange shipments and therefore recommend to insure such shipments.
We will pay the exchange shipping cost (from ProRyders to customer) for the first exchange. Shipping cost for second or subsequent exchanges within the same order will be charged according to our shipping rates listed above.
Returns
While we are confident our quality products will meet or exceed expectations, we will fully refund the purchasing price (excluding shipping charges) provided the products are returned to us in original (unused and clean) condition within 30 days of the purchasing date. The return postage is responsibility of the customer. We cannot assume the shipping risk for return shipments and therefore recommend to insure such shipments. If a product is returned to us after the 30-day return period, a 20% restocking fee will be charged. No returns will be accepted after 90 days.
